How will my order be shipped?
As  an introductory offer for the addresses within the U.K,delivery is absolutely free.The shipment will be sent to you through Royal Mail Special delivery service. For details on other destinations or services, please call Customer Service. 
Can I ship my order to a location outside of the UK?
Yes, to most of the destinations.As most of our International shipping will be done either through FedEx or Royal Mail Signed for International Delivery methods. If any of the above Organisations do not have the delivery services to any of the destinations, unfortunately we cannot send the shipment.
In the case of International deliveries, the charges are different to different destinations depending on the charges of the above organizations.

Cancellation of Orders and Refund Policy 
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the Goods.  The seven day period begins upon the date of delivery of the Goods to you.

In order to cancel your order, you must notify us by email or in writing to our contact address within this 7 day period.  The Goods must be received by the Company or evidence of their return provided before a refund will be made to the Customer.  A refund of any monies paid by you to us for the Goods will be made within 30 days of your cancellation.  If you have paid for the price of the Goods by credit or debit card, your credit or debit card account will be re-credited as soon as possible and in any event within the above 30 day period.

If you cancel your order you must take good care of the Goods and must return them to us at your own expense (by registered post if you live in the UK or if you live outside the UK by a carrier such as Fedex which can track the consignment) within 30 days of cancellation of your order.   If the Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession then you will be liable for the cost of repairing that damage.  The Goods must be returned unused in their original packing with all instructions manuals, uncompleted warranty cards, fittings and guarantees enclosed.  If, after cancelling an order, you fail to return the Goods to us, we are entitled to collect the Goods from you and deduct from the refund referred to at paragraph 2 above, the cost of collecting the Goods from you.

Any Goods made to your individual specification or which are personalized or engraved may not be returned or exchanged. 
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.  They should be returned in accordance with the above mentioned policy.
